A look inside the latest AHGA session

On Wednesday 27th November, we held our second Aristocrat Hoteliers Gaming Advisory (AHGA) Group event at the Ranch Hotel in North Ryde, Sydney. It was a great opportunity for New South Wales hoteliers to come together and discuss the latest trends and issues in the gaming industry.

In attendance were over 20 representatives from our valued New South Wales customer base. The session kicked off with an introduction on the importance of having these information sessions followed by discussions on current market trends and Aristocrat’s involvement in the social/digital gaming world. We then conducted group sessions to explore and challenge established thinking around game performance analysis in modern hotel gaming floors.

AHGA was originally established to ensure our alignment with key market partners so that we can continue to deliver strong products and services to our gaming industry. By hosting events, such as this one, we open up the channel of communication with our customers so that we can better address their concerns and gain a greater understanding of their needs.
