Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes to pull together a gaming tradeshow? A show build involves many of our talented teams at Aristocrat; from the studios who produce the games, to the technicians who bump in and out the machines, to the sales team who demo the games and every other team in between. Hosting our customers and showcasing the brilliant games we have on offer is what we love to do.
On the 13th October, the New Zealand gaming manufacturers came together to put on a show for our customers in a safe and entertaining way. We felt it was important to stay connected with our customers in light of recent Australian tradeshow cancellations. Maintaining our D&D investment within the region is important to us, and that’s why, we are ready to support our customers with a diverse portfolio that includes both content depth & breadth and innovative hardware solutions. We have more design studios and creative talent developing for the New Zealand clubs market than ever before.
The day prior to the event, our service team worked diligently to ensure we had our latest cabinet, the Helix X, was installed and ready to demo ahead of customers arriving. Check out a vlog from one of our talented NZ service techs, Lora Navaja and get a glimpse of the bump in activities.
On show day, you could feel the buzz in the room as it was the first time that many of us gathered in over a year to talk about our favourite things – games. Customers were keen to check out our latest product offerings for NZ clubs including Grand Star and Welcome to Fantastic Jackpots. The day kept us on our toes as we demonstrated products and explained why we bought these exciting games to market, to our valued customers.
Making a grand entrance into the NZ tradeshow was Grand Star which innovates on the popular 5 of a kind mechanic to create a new and exciting game play experience. Players can play their own way with a choice of free games features including Twin Spins and Reveal features. During the show we demonstrated, Grand Star Emerald and Grand Star Sapphire.
We may not be able to travel to Vegas for now, but we definitely bought Vegas to NZ clubs with Welcome to Fantastic Jackpots.
