Neil Chatfield

Mr Chatfield is an established and experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience across a range of companies and industries. He has over 40 years’ experience in global business.Mr Chatfield is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Costa Group Holdings Limited and is also a Non-Executive Director of Transurban Group. He was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Virgin Australia and Seek Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Recall Holdings Ltd from September 2013 until its takeover by Iron Mountain Inc. Mr Chatfield was a Non-Executive Director of Iron Mountain Inc (a NYSE listed company) until September 2017, and from 1997 to 2008 he served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Toll Holdings Ltd.

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Trevor Croker

As CEO of Aristocrat, Trevor brings extensive experience to the position having worked across Aristocrat’s Class III, Class II and Digital businesses in a variety of roles over the past 8 years. He most recently held the position of EVP, Global Products and Insights where he was responsible for the company’s total product portfolio and product strategy including the management of creative studios and game development globally. Previously, he was responsible for the strategy and performance of Aristocrat’s Digital business as the Chief Digital Officer and from 2009 – 2015 held the role of Managing Director for the ANZ business, during which time he also lead the EMEA and the Asia-Pacific regions for a period of time. Trevor has a passion for surf lifesaving and has been a volunteer, competitor and administrator over the past 2 decades.

Kathleen Conlon

Kathleen Conlon has held the position of Non-Executive Director since 2014 and is currently a Director of REA Group Limited, Lynas Group Limited and The Benevolent Society. She is President of the NSW Council, a former Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of Chief Executive Women. Kathleen has over 20 years’ experience in management consulting and is a recognised thought leader in the areas of business strategy, operations and change management. She was formerly a Director and Partner of the Boston Consulting Group and was awarded a Commonwealth Centenary Medal for Services to Business Leadership in 2003

Arlene Tansey

Arlene Tansey has been a Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat since 2016. Arlene has over 25 years’ experience as a senior executive in business, corporate and investment banking and financial services gained in Australia and the United States and extensive experience as a company director. Arlene is currently a non-executive director of Adelaide Brighton Limited, Lend Lease Investment Management and Primary Health Care. She is a Member of Chief Executive Women and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sylvia Summers Couder

Mrs Summers Couder has joined Aristocrat as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mrs Summers Couder has over 35 years’ experience as a senior executive in the high tech industry, being a former Chief Executive Officer of Trident Microsystems Inc. and having held a variety of senior management positions in research and development, operations and marketing, managing large global teams. Mrs Summers Coulder has worked in the U.S., Asia and Europe and currently resides in the U.S. Sylvia has extensive experience as a company director having been an independent director of seven publicly traded U.S. companies and a non-executive director of Alcatel-Lucent SA, and is currently a non-executive director of Semtech Corporation and Headwaters Inc.

Pat Ramsey

Pat Ramsey joined Aristocrat in 2016 as the Chief Digital Officer, overseeing all aspects of our online business and is now a Non Executive Director. Pat has spent over 14 years in the gaming industry, having worked in both land-based casino operations and in casino gaming technology. Prior to Aristocrat, he was most recently the CEO of Multimedia Games, and prior to joining Multimedia, served in a variety of roles for Caesars Entertainment in various jurisdictions around the United States. Pat graduated cum laude from Harvard with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern Universi

Philippe Etienne

Philippe Etienne was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat in November 2019. Mr Etienne is an experienced international executive with a strong strategic background, being a former Managing Director & CEO of Innovia Security Pty Ltd, a global disruptive technology company, and held a range of senior executive positions with Orica Limited in Australia, the USA and Germany. Mr Etienne has extensive governance experience as a company director, including with ASX listed companies. He is currently Chairman of ANZ Terminals and is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Lynas Corporation Limited and Cleanaway Waste Management Limited.

Julie Cameron-Doe

Julie Cameron-Doe was appointed to the Chief Financial Officer role in January 2018, after four years leading Aristocrat’s Group finance function during which Julie contributed to successful M&A, and managed critical functions and enterprise wide projects. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Julie held senior finance roles in a range of both publicly and privately held international businesses, including KPMG, Orbitz and the Walt Disney Company. Julie has particular expertise in the ecommerce and media sectors, including through finance leadership positions in publishing and direct marketing businesses. Julie became a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in 2014.

Christie Roser

Christie is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Aristocrat, responsible for leading the Global HR team and supporting key cultural, engagement and leadership initiatives across the organisation. Christie is a highly experienced HR professional, having led HR teams across a range of industries including publishing, transport and logistics. Christie joined Aristocrat as HR Manager for the Australian Studios in 2011, before stepping into the role of General Manager HR, Global Product, Supply and Technology. Most recently, Christie held the role of General Manager, CEO Office supporting Jamie Odell and the executive leadership team.

Chief Strategy Officer

Dan Yang

Dan Yang was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Aristocrat in February 2019, and is responsible for overseeing strategy, M&A, and corporate development functions for the company.
Prior to joining Aristocrat, Yang was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at Viacom’s Music & Entertainment Group. He also served as General Manager of the group’s Consumer Products business, and was a management consultant in Booz Allen & Hamilton’s Communications, Media and Technology practice. Yang received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mike Lang

Mike Lang was appointed CEO of Aristocrat Digital in November 2019, and is responsible for all aspects of the strategy, operations and future expansion of Aristocrat’s global digital business.  Mike is a seasoned executive with deep digital media, games and entertainment experience. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Mike held senior executive roles at Discovery Communications, along with Fox Entertainment, the Walt Disney Company, Miramax and Universal Music Group,  Mike also has deep gaming experience, where he helped drive the interactive games business at Disney, actively led the video and mobile games strategy at Fox and served on the Board of Foundation9, a console and mobile games developer prior to its sale.  Mike graduated as a Baker Scholar from the Harvard Business School, and his undergraduate degree is from Claremont McKenna College.

Mitchell Bowen

Mitchell Bowen has more than 15 years industry experience across senior marketing product, commercial and transformation roles in all major gaming regions. Mitchell spent several years in the Americas region, leading Marketing and Product functions, and in his current role has commercial and operational accountability for Aristocrat’s land-based business across the balance of the globe. Mitchell has deep and longstanding customer relationships, and has played a core role in thought leadership and in execution of Aristocrat’s growth strategy over the past several years. He also leads the execution of Group-wide transformation priorities.  Mitchell has a B.Science from Macquarie University and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and prior to Aristocrat, held several senior roles in the sporting and pharmaceutical industries.

Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Natalie Toohey

Natalie Toohey was appointed Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in 2019. Natalie is responsible for internal and external communication and stakeholder strategy for the Group, including leading Aristocrat’s Sustainability and Responsible Gameplay programs. Natalie spent over a decade in independent consulting, working for some of Australia’s most prominent public and private organisations, and was formerly head of Corporate Affairs at Foster’s Group before its demerger. Natalie holds an LLB from Queensland University of Technology, and an MA from Monash University.

James Alvarez

James joined Aristocrat in 2017, with over 20 years of experience directing and executing on business transformation strategies and leading large, complex technology projects and teams. James started his career in consulting, founding his own software consulting firm and subsequently merging it with The Hackett Group, a leading technology benchmarking and business advisory firm. James then moved to in-house technology leadership roles, most recently as the global CIO at Belkin International, a US-based manufacturer of consumer electronics. James also served as Director of Enterprise and Management Applications at Scholastic Media & Entertainment.

Chief Technology Officer

Victor Blanco

Victor Blanco was appointed Chief Technology Officer in May 2020. Victor is responsible for defining Aristocrat’s enterprise technology vision and overseeing the technical architecture of product portfolios across land based and digital, to ensure that everything we create meets the company’s high quality and security standards. Victor joined Aristocrat in 2010 as SVP of Global Platforms, having previously held senior software architecture and engineering roles at HTC and Microsoft. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Texas A&M University.

Chief Legal Officer

Chris Hill

Chris Hill was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Aristocrat in February 2020 and is responsible for leading our legal and compliance functions globally. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Chris was Chief Legal Officer at the global data and insights business Dun & Bradstreet, and was also previously General Counsel of the communication services provider Primus Telecommunications Group. Chris also served in the US Department of Treasury immediately after the financial crisis of 2008, and has deep experience navigating complex regulatory environments and operating within regulated businesses.  Chris holds a Juris Doctor (with honors) and a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from The Ohio State University, and a Strategic Business Leadership Certificate from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
