Aristocrat releases FY25 Sustainability Report

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX: ALL) today announced the publication of its FY25 Sustainability Report, accompanied by an inaugural Sustainability Databook on the Group’s website.

This report provides information on the progress made during the year ending 30 September 2025, across its four strategic sustainability pillars – Good Governance and Responsible Business, Empowering Safer Play (formerly responsible gameplay), Operational Sustainability & Climate, and People & Community.

FY25 marked the first full year of execution against Aristocrat’s refreshed sustainability strategy, underpinned by a double materiality assessment and aligned with emerging global disclosure frameworks.

Some of the achievements highlighted in the FY25 Sustainability Report include:

  • Expanded Flexi Play to more than 11,000 electronic gaming machines in New South Wales, Australia.
  • Established key research partnerships with the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the International Center for Responsible Gaming
  • Refined our Know Your Max campaign including new player education videos and a dedicated website.
  • Transitioned to 100% renewable electricity for Aristocrat’s Australian head office and Australian Integration Centre.
  • Refurbished over 6,400 electronic gaming machines and repaired more than 68,000 parts.
  • Assessed over 700 suppliers through our Supplier Sustainability Assessment
  • Expanded Voxel AI safety monitoring to continually invest in the safety of our people.
  • Achieved an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 53, 14 points above the Technology benchmark demonstrating high engagement amongst its teams.
  • Supported 32 Employee Impact Groups across the organization.
