Aristocrat offers a two-year Graduate Development Program that allows graduates to gain exposure to our global platform. Each graduate is mentored by a senior leader in the business and rotates through the organisation to develop their technical, creative and business skills. The program also includes monthly development and networking sessions, assignments, team-building activities, internal and external training, to transform new graduates into high-performing young professionals.

Our graduates get all the structure, flexibility and resources they need to learn and grow, with the opportunity to get real-life experience and make meaningful contributions to the business from day one. Graduates are offered a place in our Slot Insight Program, which is offered to all new employees and provides an introduction to the gaming industry, through an interactive learning program.

We believe that learning is a lifelong pursuit and crucial to people at all levels of the organisation. That’s why we offer our leadership team the opportunity to join our award-winning Leadership in Action program. The global program focuses on best practice approaches to feedback, coaching, leading and managing priorities, to support our leaders and improve their skills.

Of course, we have stringent Work Health & Safety (WHS) practices to ensure all employees and visitors enjoy a safe and healthy workplace environment. We also deliver mandatory compliance training to all employees, with processes in place to maintain appropriate standards at all times.
