Ian D Blackburne

Chairman

Dr Ian Blackburne has been a director of various public companies for more than 15 years, including formerly Teekay Corporation (listed on the NYSE), CSR Limited, Recall Holdings Limited, Suncorp-Metway Limited and Symbion Health Limited. He has also been Chairman of Recall Holdings Limited, CSR Limited, the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation and the Royal Botanic Gardens. A former research scientist, he has over 25 years of experience in the petroleum industry in technical, manufacturing, marketing and strategic planning roles, including as Managing Director of Caltex Australia Limited.

Trevor Croker

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Trevor was appointed to the position of CEO and Managing Director of Aristocrat in March 2017. Previously, Trevor worked across Aristocrat’s Class III, Class II and Digital businesses in a variety of senior leadership roles. Trevor served most recently as Executive VP, Global Products and Insights, and was responsible for the company’s total product portfolio and product strategy including the management of creative studios and game development globally. Before joining Aristocrat in 2009, Trevor held a number of senior sales and marketing roles across Foster’s Group (now CUB and Treasury Wine Estates), including Sales Director for Fosters’ Australia. Trevor is a graduate of the Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program. He also has a passion for surf lifesaving, and has been a volunteer, competitor and administrator within the sport.

David C. P. Banks

Non-Executive Director

David Banks has more than 25 years’ experience in the entertainment and gaming industries, with senior executive roles in finance, operations and strategic planning. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer (Casinos Division) of Tabcorp Holdings Limited, Chief Executive Officer of Star City Holdings Limited and Chief Operating Officer of Galaxy Entertainment Group, based in Macau. David is a former President of the Australasian Casinos Association and a former Director of the Australian Gaming Council.

Rosalind Dubs

Non-Executive Director

Rosalind Dubs was appointed a Non-Executive Director role at Aristocrat in 2009 and is currently a Director of ASC Pty Ltd. She has held senior executive roles at Airservices Australia, the Australian National University, University of Technology, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and Thales Air Traffic Management (ATM) in the United States, Germany, France and Australia. Rosalind is the former Chair of the Space Industry Innovation Council.

Stephen W. Morro

Non-Executive Director

Stephen Morro has over 25 years’ experience in the gaming industry, with former roles as Chief Operating Officer of International Gaming Technology (IGT) and President of IGT’s Gaming Division. In these roles, he was responsible for IGT’s global casino operations, including the development and execution of product, technology, marketing, manufacturing and distribution. Stephen has held various management positions at IGT and has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory, legislative and legal strategies. He is one of the very few people in the gaming industry with experience as a supplier, operator and regulator.

Kathleen Conlon

Non-Executive Director

Kathleen Conlon has held the position of Non-Executive Director since 2014 and is currently a Director of CSR Limited, REA Group Limited and The Benevolent Society. She is President of the NSW Council, Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of Chief Executive Women. Kathleen has over 20 years’ experience in management consulting and is a recognised thought leader in the areas of business strategy, operations and change management. She was formerly a Director and Partner of the Boston Consulting Group and was awarded a Commonwealth Centenary Medal for Services to Business Leadership in 2003.

Arlene Tansey

Non-Executive Director

Arlene Tansey has been nominated by the Board to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat. Arlene has over 25 years’ experience as a senior executive in business, corporate and investment banking and financial services gained in Australia and the United States and extensive experience as a company director. Arlene is currently a non-executive director of Adelaide Brighton Limited, Lend Lease Investment Management and Primary Health Care and is Chair of two listed technology companies. She is a Member of Chief Executive Women and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sylvia Summers

Non-Executive Director

Mrs Summers has joined Aristocrat as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mrs Summers has over 35 years’ experience as a senior executive in the high tech industry, being a former Chief Executive Officer of Trident Microsystems Inc. and having held a variety of senior management positions in research and development, operations and marketing, managing large global teams. Mrs Summers has worked in the U.S., Asia and Europe and currently resides in the U.S. Mrs Summers has extensive experience as a company director having been an independent director of seven publicly traded U.S. companies and a non-executive director of Alcatel-Lucent SA, and is currently a non-executive director of Semtech Corporation and Headwaters Inc.

Pat Ramsey

Non-Executive Director

Pat Ramsey joined Aristocrat in 2016 as the Chief Digital Officer, overseeing all aspects of our online business and is now a Non Executive Director. Pat has spent over 14 years in the gaming industry, having worked in both land-based casino operations and in casino gaming technology. Prior to Aristocrat, he was most recently the CEO of Multimedia Games, and prior to joining Multimedia, served in a variety of roles for Caesars Entertainment in various jurisdictions around the United States. Pat graduated cum laude from Harvard with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Trevor Croker

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Trevor was appointed to the position of CEO and Managing Director of Aristocrat in March 2017. Toni Korsanos

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Toni Korsanos joined Aristocrat in 2007 as General Manager of Group Finance, before her appointment to Chief Financial Officer in 2009. She has 20 years’ experience in financial and general management at companies including Kellogg’s Australia and New Zealand, Goodman Fielder Limited and Coopers & Lybrand in Sydney. She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Rich Schneider

Chief Product Officer

Rich Schneider joined Aristocrat as Chief Product Officer in 2011, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in creating and delivering gaming products to casinos in the United States. Former roles include Chief Executive Officer of Walker Digital Table Systems, Chief Operating Officer of Acres Gaming, Vice President of Game Engineering at Casino Data Systems and a number of leadership roles in system development, game development and product management at International Gaming Technology (IGT). Rich was a founding Member of the Gaming Standards Association and held the role of Chairman for three years.

Christie Roser

Chief Human Resources Officer

Christie is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Aristocrat, responsible for leading the Global HR team and supporting key cultural, engagement and leadership initiatives across the organisation. Christie is a highly experienced HR professional, having led HR teams across a range of industries including publishing, transport and logistics. Christie joined Aristocrat as HR Manager for the Australian Studios in 2011, Before her appointment as CHRO, Christie held the role of General Manager, CEO Office supporting then-CEO Jamie Odell and the executive leadership team.

Mark Dunn

Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Mark Dunn was appointment the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2011. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Mark spent more than nine years at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and its predecessor, Harrah's Entertainment, where he managed the legal affairs of casinos in Las Vegas and international locations including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Egypt and Canada. He previously spent 13 years in private practice for a number of law firms in the United States.

Jayme (Jay) Sevigny

President, Video Gaming Technologies

Jay Sevigny is President of Video Gaming Technologies (VGT) and based at VGT’s headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee. Prior to his appointment in 2015, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2011. Jay has more than 30 years’ experience in the gaming industry, starting his career in casino operations for Boyd Gaming Corporation in 1980 before moving through a range of senior leadership roles in finance, marketing and general management for companies including Harrah’s Entertainment and Gaylord Entertainment Company.

Mitchell Bowen

Managing Director - ANZ & International

Mitchell joined Aristocrat as a graduate recruit in 2004, and has held a range of senior sales, marketing, product strategy and operational roles across the US, Asia Pacific and Australia. In his current position, Mitchell leads Aristocrat’s businesses in Australian and New Zealand markets, as well as key markets across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He is responsible for commercial strategy and in-market execution, with a strong focus on portfolio development, customer centricity, business improvement and high performance culture. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Mitchell held several roles in sporting organisations and in the pharmaceutical industry.

Matt Wilson

Managing Director, Americas

Matt Wilson is Aristocrat’s Managing Director of the Americas, overseeing the company’s multiple teams in North and South America. Matt has been with Aristocrat since 2004 and has held several significant positions in a variety of the company’s key markets. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Global Gaming Operations, where he helped to exponentially grow the company’s Gaming Operations (leased) product line. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas, and then as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America. Between 2008 and 2012 Matt oversaw Aristocrat’s rapid expansion in the Asia Pacific region as the head of the group’s Sales team. Matt first joined Aristocrat as part of the company’s graduate program. Now as Managing Director, he serves as a highly visible reminder of the global career opportunities available at Aristocrat.

Victor Blanco

Senior Vice President, Platform Architecture

Victor Blanco is Senior Vice President of Platform Architecture, responsible for leading Aristocrat’s development centre in Texas, with a focus on software innovation and next generation platforms. He was previously Director of Software Architecture at HTC, driving its transition from a white label smartphone to an established international brand. Victor also spent eight years as a Software Architect at Microsoft and was integral to the launch of the Xbox video game console, Xbox Live service and Ultra-Mobile PC platforms.

James Alvarez

Chief Information Officer

James joined Aristocrat in 2017, with over 20 years of experience directing and executing on business transformation strategies and leading large, complex technology projects and teams. James started his career in consulting, founding his own software consulting firm and subsequently merging it with The Hackett Group, a leading technology benchmarking and business advisory firm. James then moved to in-house technology leadership roles, most recently as the global CIO at Belkin International, a US-based manufacturer of consumer electronics. James also served as Director of Enterprise and Management Applications at Scholastic Media & Entertainment.

Jeff Goldstein

Chief Strategy Officer

Jeff joined Aristocrat in 2017 as Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility for strategy, including M&A, as well as Aristocrat’s digital social casino business. Jeff has extensive strategy and operational leadership experience, including several roles building and ultimately selling successful digital businesses such as United Online Inc, PriceGrabber and LowerMyBills. Jeff also has deep expertise leading M&A functions with a focus on digital, including at IAC, a leading US media and internet company that owns over 150 well known digital consumer brands.
