Executive Leadership Team

Trevor Croker

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
As CEO of Aristocrat, Trevor brings extensive experience to the position having worked across Aristocrat’s Class III, Class II and Digital businesses in a variety of roles over the past 8 years. He most recently held the position of EVP, Global Products and Insights where he was responsible for the company’s total product portfolio and product strategy including the management of creative studios and game development globally. Previously, he was responsible for the strategy and performance of Aristocrat’s Digital business as the Chief Digital Officer and from 2009 – 2015 held the role of Managing Director for the ANZ business, during which time he also lead the EMEA and the Asia-Pacific regions for a period of time. Trevor has a passion for surf lifesaving and has been a volunteer, competitor and administrator over the past 2 decades.

Toni Korsanos

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Toni Korsanos joined Aristocrat in 2007 as General Manager of Group Finance, before her appointment to Chief Financial Officer in 2009. She has 20 years’ experience in financial and general management at companies including Kellogg’s Australia and New Zealand, Goodman Fielder Limited and Coopers & Lybrand in Sydney. She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Rich Schneider

Chief Product Officer
Rich Schneider joined Aristocrat as Chief Product Officer in 2011, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in creating and delivering gaming products to casinos in the United States. Former roles include Chief Executive Officer of Walker Digital Table Systems, Chief Operating Officer of Acres Gaming, Vice President of Game Engineering at Casino Data Systems and a number of leadership roles in system development, game development and product management at International Gaming Technology (IGT). Rich was a founding Member of the Gaming Standards Association and held the role of Chairman for three years.

Christie Roser

Chief Human Resources Officer
Christie is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Aristocrat, responsible for leading the Global HR team and supporting key cultural, engagement and leadership initiatives across the organisation. Christie is a highly experienced HR professional, having led HR teams across a range of industries including publishing, transport and logistics. Christie joined Aristocrat as HR Manager for the Australian Studios in 2011, before stepping into the role of General Manager HR, Global Product, Supply and Technology. Most recently, Christie held the role of General Manager, CEO Office supporting Jamie Odell and the executive leadership team.

Mark Dunn

Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Mark Dunn was appointment the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2011. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Mark spent more than nine years at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and its predecessor, Harrah's Entertainment, where he managed the legal affairs of casinos in Las Vegas and international locations including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Egypt and Canada. He previously spent 13 years in private practice for a number of law firms in the United States.

Jayme (Jay) Sevigny

President, Video Gaming Technologies
Jay Sevigny is President of Video Gaming Technologies (VGT) and based at VGT’s headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee. Prior to his appointment in 2015, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2011. Jay has more than 30 years’ experience in the gaming industry, starting his career in casino operations for Boyd Gaming Corporation in 1980 before moving through a range of senior leadership roles in finance, marketing and general management for companies including Harrah’s Entertainment and Gaylord Entertainment Company.

Matt Wilson

Managing Director, Americas
Matt Wilson is Aristocrat’s Managing Director of the Americas, overseeing the company’s multiple teams in North and South America. Matt has been with Aristocrat since 2004 and has held several significant positions in a variety of the company’s key markets. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Global Gaming Operations, where he helped to exponentially grow the company’s Gaming Operations (leased) product line. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas, and then as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America. Between 2008 and 2012 Matt oversaw Aristocrat’s rapid expansion in the Asia Pacific region as the head of the group’s Sales team. Matt first joined Aristocrat as part of the company’s graduate program. Now as Managing Director, he serves as a highly visible reminder of the global career opportunities available at Aristocrat.

James Boje

Managing Director, Europe, Middle East & Africa
James Boje has more than 25 years’ experience across nearly all aspects of the gaming industry, from supply through to operations. Starting his career as a slot technician at Sun International in South Africa, James moved up the slot management ranks, before taking on general management roles at Score-A-Lot and Sybertronix Gaming. He joined International Gaming Technology (IGT) as Sales and Marketing Manager, before his appointments as Managing Director Africa and Managing Director Europe. Prior to joining Aristocrat in 2014, James held Senior Vice President roles at MEI UK International, Zitro and CPI.

Victor Blanco

Senior Vice President, Platform Architecture
Victor Blanco is the Chief Technology Officer for Aristocrat, responsible for the design and development of gaming technologies for global markets. Prior to this role is was the Senior Vice President of Platform Architecture, responsible for leading Aristocrat’s development centre in Texas, with a focus on software innovation and next generation platforms. Victor also spent eight years as a Software Architect at Microsoft and was integral to the launch of the Xbox video game console, Xbox Live service and Ultra-Mobile PC platforms.

Mitch Bowen

Managing Director, ANZ and International
Mitchell has been with Aristocrat for over 12 years, working across several regions including the United States, Asia Pacific and most recently Australia in a variety of senior roles. Mitchell is responsible for the definition and creation of the overall ANZ and International Class III business strategy, with a strong focus on product portfolio development, research, insights and commercial strategy. He has a B.Science from Macquarie University and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and prior to Aristocrat, held several senior roles in the sporting and pharmaceutical industries. Mitchell is a key leader of the Aristocrat team and is based out of the company offices in North Ryde, Sydney.
